SUNY Morrisville - Oneida Hall & Athletic Field, Morrisville

Oneida Hall - This $3.9M project is the complete renovation of a 1960's Dormitory and includes upgrades to the bathroom facilities, interior finishes, window replacement, electrical systems and addition of a new fire protection sprinkler system. This project is scheduled to be completed by January 2010.
Athletic Field Upgrade - This $5.3M project includes the replacement of the existing grass football field with a new Synthetic Turf Field. Drainage and lighting improvements will be installed, as well as a new 13,000 sf Stadium building with Team Rooms, Concessions and Toilet Rooms. This project is expected to start in July 2009 and will be completed by March 2010.
SUNY IT - Auxiliary Services & Student Center, Marcy

This new 39,000 sf building will house the Dining Hall, Student Life Offices, Several Meeting Rooms, Movie Theater and Campus Radio Station. The project will incorporate many "Green Building" products such as spray foam insulation and FSC Certified woods to attain a LEED Silver Certification. This $12.1 M project started in June of 2009 and will be completed by December 2010.
Masonic Care Community-Boiler Plant & Laundry Facility, Utica

This 20,000 sf building will house the new Boiler Plant & Laundry Facility for the campus. New Offices, Locker Rooms and Conference Rooms for the Physical Plant staff will also be built. This project is under way and expected to be completed in March 2010.
